FIELD SERVICE – WET PROCESS EQUIPMENT
Superior Automation offers a Field Service program for manufacturers in the semiconductor wet processing industries.
The following description outlines our service plans, scheduling of basic or emergency service, replacement parts, and documentation that we will provide you once service is complete. Also provided is a list of the basic services that can be provided on all types and manufacturers of wet processing equipment. This program is designed to provide service for any manufacturer's tools.
Each of our Field Service technicians offers years of diverse experience working in the equipment maintenance and field service industries. We offer field service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, our basic coverage area is the GREATER San Francisco Bay Area. Other areas are available upon request and corresponding rates subject to travel expenses. Our basic rates are broken into two distinct time blocks in the basic coverage area:
Planned Field Service.

Any service request between the hours of
8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Response time is guaranteed within 4 hours maximum, and is scheduled ASAP.

Emergency Field Service:

Any service request between the hours of
4:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Response time is guaranteed within 4 hours maximum, and is scheduled ASAP.

Detailed Service Reports and Parts Lists:

We will provide a complete Field Service Report and detailed list of new or replacement parts installed upon service completion. System problems, solutions and work performed are described in detail. Petty parts (ex: connectors, shrink tubing, etc.) will not be charged for unless an extensive quantity is used. New or replacement parts can be supplied by the customer, or provided through Superior Automation at very competitive pricing.

Our experienced technicians can solve any problem that can occur with today?s high tech wet process tools. Whether its Software, controls, plumbing, baths, robotics, or electrical systems we can solve your in-fab problems. We also offer preventive maintenance scheduling contracts.
