fab Automation Solutions and Services

If your entire plant or facility monitoring and/or control system needs an upgrade, we have an off-the-shelf system to get you up to speed with current technology. We offer fully integrated systems that allows multiple PLCs in different physical locations (drops) to communicate over a PLC network, which in turn is networked to a central PC controller in your central office or maintenance building. Beyond controlling all of your systems inputs and outputs, the system automatically monitors critical parameters and displays critical alarms. The central PC can distribute its information over an ethernet network to other PC’s located throughout the facility, or even over the internet.

Under alarm conditions, the system can sound an audible alarm, illuminate an indicator light, page an individual (alpha or numeric), and even send an e-mail.

Whether you have disconnected control systems that you are looking to consolidate and integrate together or need an entire system upgrade, our solutions will allow your operators to see a complete picture of your plant-wide facilities in real-time. If your maintenance technicians are currently having to manually check the status of remote I/O and reacting to critical alarms via manual intervention and bypass, take a look at what we have to offer.

Note: Your maintenance technicians can begin to spend time developing control algorithms and scheduling PM’s rather than monitoring and reacting to fires in your plant. Satisfied customers in Semiconductor Processing, Food & Beverage, Waste Water Management, and growing.
