Preventative Maintenance Services

We  provide preventative maintenance services and contracts for existing installations.  Our technicians have the experience and knowledge to provide consise/comprehensive evaluations for your Equipment.  We offer free Audits, with detailed maintenance and repair recommendations.

Upgrade and Modifications

Superior Automation provides complete upgrades services for all third-party OEM Wet Process Tools.  Services include Control System/Software, Process, and Transfer system upgrades.
