| Superior Automation was established in 1994 by a group of industry Engineers and Professionals. Drawing experience from both Fab and OEM supplier backgrounds the founders saw a need for a higher level of quality and technology in automation solutions supplied to the Semiconductor and Disk Drive Industries. Superior Automation has since grown to offer a wide spectrum of cutting edge automation solutions, products, and services.

| EXPERTISE: Ten (10) years mechanical automation and tooling design experience in the semiconductor manufacturing field. Prototyped and developed numerous robotic wafer handling systems and related tooling for use in automated process equipment which are successfully serving Silicon Valley clean rooms and abroad. Versed in the use of exotic polymers for material chemical compatibility, close tolerance assembly design, advanced surface enhancement and coating techniques, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and wafer handling mechatronics. BACKGROUND: Worked for various equipment OEMs as both mechanical design and electro-mechanical automation engineer in Silicon Valley to gain my experience before starting up with Superior Automation back in 1994. Have been working as Electro-Mechanical Engineering Manager since, leading a successful team in the integration, design, and development of custom automated equipment.
